How long do we take to give a quote?
Our team will provide answers within a 48 hour period.
Who owns the graphics?
All the logos, vectors and graphic work are owned by the client. However, we will hold a copy in our portfolio for marketing purposes only.
What about confidentiality?
At Blue Sparkle Consulting, we take privacy very seriously. We are happy to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if it is requiried.
What type of payment do you accept?
We normally accept bank transfers. The payment should be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
